Ordering & Payment
A. To purchase a fake maternity belly, simply add your chosen product(s) to the Shopping Cart and follow the checkout process on our website. We deliver orders worldwide, and shipping costs will be calculated automatically. Payment can be made securely by credit or debit card via Stripe, or you can contact us if you'd prefer to pay by bank transfer or cheque. If you need help choosing the right size or product, feel free to email us - we're happy to help.
Follow these steps to purchase your fake pregnant belly:
- Visit our Shop page and choose either the Silicone or Foam Fake Pregnant Belly collection.
- Select a product to view its details.
- Choose your Bodysuit Size and any optional custom features (e.g. Custom Skin Tone, Linea Nigra, Stretch Marks). Click Add to Cart.
- In the pop-up window, choose Proceed to Checkout or Continue Shopping.
- Either sign in or enter your contact, billing, and shipping details. Payment can be made by card via Stripe, or contact us to pay by bank transfer or cheque. Shipping is calculated automatically based on your location and cart contents.
- Read and accept the Terms and Conditions, then click Place Order.
All payments are processed in GBP. If you're ordering internationally, your bank will convert the currency. If your payment doesn't go through, please contact us—your bank may need to approve the transaction.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your receipt, and another with tracking details once your fake pregnant belly is dispatched.
A. You can pay by debit or credit card through Stripe on our website. We also accept Cheque and Bank Transfer - please contact us for details. For added discretion, your bank or card statement will show the purchase as MOONCOSTUME rather than Moonbump. Bank transfers can also use an alternative account name on request.
A. Yes – we offer discounted seconds on our Sale page. These are genuine Moonbump® fake maternity bellies with minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect wear or performance. Availability is limited, so please check the Sale section regularly if you are looking for a reduced-price fake maternity belly.
A. Yes - all orders are handled confidentially. Packaging is plain and unbranded, with no reference to Moonbump or fake pregnancy. Shipping documents list the contents as "Women's Bodysuit." Stripe card payments will appear as 'MOONCOSTUME' on your bank statement and payments via bank transfer can also be made using a discreet reference name upon request.
A. Absolutely. We work with film, TV, theatre, advertising and fashion clients worldwide, and confidentiality is a core part of our service. We never share or post about a production, character, costume brief, or spoilers until it has been publicly released or announced. If your production requires additional privacy, we are also happy to work under NDA.

Care & Maintenance
A. Your fake maternity belly is securely attached to a stretchy fabric bodysuit that’s worn like a swimming costume - simply step in and pull it up over the body. Our Silicone Fake Pregnant Bellies feature a convenient hook-and-eye gusset for easy bathroom use, and the shoulder straps are both removable and repositionable to allow for flexible styling and a discreet fit under clothing.
A. Your fake maternity belly should be stored in a warm, dry place, away from direct sunlight. We recommend placing it on a mannequin or using a stand to support the bump shape from underneath to maintain its shape between uses.
A. The outer silicone surface of our fake pregnant bellies can be wiped clean with a damp cloth, wet wipe, or mild detergent. A sticky lint roller also works well for removing dust or lint from the silicone surface. The interior fabric surface of the bump can be hand washed using a mild detergent and left to dry naturally.
We don’t generally recommend fully submerging the bump in water unless required for a specific purpose, as the foam core may absorb water, making the bump temporarily heavier. However if the bump is submerged for cleaning, we recommend rinsing thoroughly to remove any detergent, gently squeezing out excess moisture using towels, and then allowing it to dry naturally (for example, in a warm, well-ventilated area). Drying may take some time.
A. Yes, our fake pregnant bellies can be worn in water, however the foam core may absorb some water when submerged, making the bump temporarily heavier. The additional weight can place extra strain on the bodysuit, so additional support garments may be required to avoid overstretching or damage. Repeated or prolonged use in water may also affect the long-term durability of the bump.
After use in water, we recommend rinsing the bump thoroughly to remove any chlorine or saltwater, gently squeezing out excess moisture with towels, and allowing it to dry naturally in a warm, well-ventilated area. Drying may take some time.
A. Many of our previous clients have successfully applied KY jelly and make-up products to our Silicone Fake Pregnant Bellies. Alcohol based make-up can be used safely and there are special effects paints available that are designed for use on silicone prosthesis. Air brushing gives a more uniform coverage. The silicone surface of the bump can be cleaned with a moist towel, alcohol wipe or mild detergent afterwards.
Delivery, Returns & Availability
A. Each Moonbump® fake maternity belly is handmade to order and usually takes 1–3 working days to make. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, and we can prioritise urgent requests free of charge — often dispatching within 1 working day.
To request priority dispatch, either add a note in the Order Comments box at checkout or email us at info@moonbump.com with your required delivery date. Orders received by 9am UK time (Mon–Fri) are usually eligible for same-day dispatch.

A. Moonbump® is an online-only business based in the UK. We do not have a physical shop, and unfortunately we cannot accept in-person studio visits. We're always happy to assist via email or phone.

Product Construction
A. The inside surface is made of soft silicone, foam, and fabric. Some foam may slightly overhang the bodysuit’s edge or be visible through the fabric, and a shallow round indentation is often present from the production process. These features are completely normal and do not affect the comfort, fit, or outward appearance when worn.
A. The dimensions of each fake pregnant belly, including the internal height, are listed on the product pages and in our Size & Colour Match Guide. As our bellies are made in fixed moulds, their size and shape cannot be adjusted. We recommend checking these measurements carefully before purchasing, as the fit may not be suitable for very petite wearers.
